Until You See Your Dentist, Try These Bad Breath Remedies
Gargling with a bit of water and a nicely scented essential oil can really help when you are battling bad breath. It gets into the crevices of your mouth, the depths of your cheeks, and down into the top of your throat. This can help rid your mouth of any bacteria that may be adding to the bad breath, and get your mouth in a better state of health.
Oil pulling has been shown to help rid the mouth of a lot of bacteria that would otherwise be stuck in the mouth. Since the oil is thicker than a mouthwash, it gets more bacteria out of the mouth. However, it is still thin enough to get into all of the same areas that a mouthwash can go. You can even add a couple drops of essential oil to your oil before using it to give it a double benefit.
